Entrepreneurship… A reality & need… is an Action 4.3. Training Course (TC) with the aim to capacitate youth leaders, and young entrepreneurs with management skills and competences, to overcome the problematic of unemployment. 28 youth leaders and young entrepreneurs from all over Europe will work together. The project will start on 17th of September, and finish on 23th of September in the Portuguese city of Braga. During the 7-days activity program the methodology will be based on interactive techniques.
They consist of a variety of non-formal learning exercises and techniques, such as group work, role-playing, creation activities, debriefing, that are used to develop the different skills and competences. There will be exchange of opinions and experiences about entrepreneurs all over Europe, the possibility to establish new partnerships and development of common networking activities, and new Youth in Action projects.The official language of the Exchange will be English.
