When Different Cultures Meet

Main aim of the project is to discover and develop leader skills among participants. Specific aims are: a. to improve intercultural component in youth projects;b. to raise competences of youth workers in field of dealing with conflicts in youth projects. Addition aims are: a. to develop knowledge and skills, related to intercultural education; b. to raise awareness of participants about processes, which happens during intercultural youth projects; c. to develop new efficient methods of dealing with conflicts during intercultural youth projects; d. to raise awareness of participants in terms of theoretical and psychological mechanisms of prejudices and discrimination.For further informations please contact us info@tdm200.org ( 0039 070 666 941)
