On February 5th, we hosted the fourth session of the “Youth E-Participation” webinar series. The webinar explored how digital tools and online platforms can contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), encouraging young people to use technology to promote sustainability, equality, and innovation. Participants were introduced to a variety of e-participation tools that support civic engagement, community action, and advocacy in line with the SDGs, getting to know concrete examples of how digital solutions can raise awareness, shape policies, and strengthen cooperation between youth, organizations, and decision-makers.
The “Youth E-Participation” initiative aims to strengthen young people’s capacity for meaningful engagement in digital spaces. By increasing essential digital competencies, the project empowers youth to voice their opinions, contribute to policy discussions, and take part in decision-making processes that affect their communities.
You can find more information about the project’s objectives and upcoming activities on the official website.
