We are thrilled to share the culmination of our Fly2work project, marked by a productive final meeting in Porto, Portugal.
Over the past 2 years, our team has been passionately working towards creating an onboarding program designed to integrate new team members into an organization. From streamlined processes to engaging training modules, every aspect was carefully considered to ensure a positive and impactful onboarding journey.
Looking forward to seeing the positive impact of our results as we work to improve the path of youngsters into the labor market.
