Final International Conference of the “Youth E-Participation” Project

On 26th and 27th September, we took part in the final international conference of the “Youth E-Participation” project, which was hosted by the project coordinators NGO Iuventa in Vrnjačka Banja, Serbia. The event brought together young people, experts, institutional representatives, and other stakeholders to discuss youth e-participation and share experiences from across Europe.

The conference was also an opportunity to present the main results of the project, increase its visibility, and encourage young people’s engagement with policymakers, CSOs, and NGOs. Through expert presentations, panel discussions, and group works, the event highlighted the importance of inclusive digital participation and offered ideas for continuing to strengthen youth engagement in decision-making processes locally and internationally.

The TDM 2000 representative implemented a session on creating more inclusive digital participation spaces, sharing practical ways to overcome barriers such as limited access to technology, gaps in digital skills, and underrepresentation of certain groups. The session encouraged very interesting discussions and exchanges on how to make online engagement more open and accessible.
