“HR 3.0 ” is a 24-month project, co-funded by the ERASMUS-YOUTH-2025-EYT of the European Union. The aim of the project is to promote third-generation human rights, such as environmental rights, digital rights, and the right to peace and development. During the project, the partnership will equip young people with knowledge, skills, and confidence to engage in meaningful human rights advocacy, contributing to a more inclusive, rights-based, and sustainable Europe.
Throughout the different activities, the project aims to achieve the following objectives:
- To strengthen the capacities of young people and youth organizations to advocate for third-generation human rights;
- To develop innovative, youth-friendly educational tools and resources;
- To create sustainable advocacy structures, including national Human Rights Observatories and an international Youth Ambassadors Board;
- To support inclusive participation of young people in democratic and policy processes at local, national, and European levels.
The project is coordinated by TDM 2000 (Italy), and is developed together with partners from France (Intercultura), Portugal (Costumes Convergentes), Türkiye (SİTODED), Poland (European Institute Foundation), and Belgium (TDM 2000 Belgium).
