On 2-3 December 2026, partners from Greece, Italy, Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, and Cyprus met in Cairo for the 2nd transnational meeting of the “Be Festive” project, hosted by our Egyptian partners. The gathering offered an important opportunity to reflect on the work carried out throughout the first year of the project, and to shape the next stages of our collaboration.
Throughout the two days, partners reviewed the project’s overall progress, discussed challenges and achievements, and outlined what still needs to be completed as we are in the the midterm reporting phase. The meeting also gave us a chance to discuss and plan in more detail the international and local training activities that will take place in 2026.
More updates will follow as we continue working together to support youth participation in festival practices and cultural diversity. Check the project’s website for more news!
