In our interesting seminar project titled “Sustainable Lifestyle Before Global Boiling!”, which will take place in Kırklareli, a rural city and in İstanbul, a metropolitan city in Turkey, between 01 – 06 September, 2012; we will bring together young people and youth workers / leaders from Turkey, Italy, Lithuania, Hungary, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Slovenia, Germany, Greece and England to undergo a discussion and learning process where they will explore the issue of global warming and look for possible solutions and concrete suggestions and creative project ideas to take actions toward a more sustainable lifestyle through interactive informal educational methods, media tools, observations and presentations.
During our project, the participants will have the opportunity t o discuss and share experiences and good practices in various countries, and will contribute to the process for an environmentally-friendly green future. We think that in order not to violate the next generations’ right to have a “happy and healthy life” in a sustainable environment; we have to take actions against global warming as soon as possible!
