TDM 2000 can act as hosting and intermediary partner, having a plan for each step of the Project.
Before the mobility starts:
1. Supporting the partner in the identification and selection of the candidates for the specific placements
a. Identification of the objectives for the personal development of the candidate
i. Specific questionnaire, Skype interview – possibility to organize face to face meetings according to the time frame
b. Identification of the professional objectives of the candidate
i. Specific questionnaire, Skype interview – possibility to organize face to face meetings according to the time frame
c. Language testing online (English and Italian) provided by our local stakeholders (language schools)
d. Cycle of Skype interviews to facilitate the matching process
i. Minimum two:
1. To getting to know the candidate and to understand his/her motivation and interest in the proposed internship
2. To double check his commitment and certainty in the decision and test his/her patience and sense of strategy. Meeting with the possible host Company
2. Matching participants needs with technical workshops and related activities
a. Finding the right participants for the right internship
b. Adjust the programme of the internships to the participants
3. Support in logistics
a. Travel arrangement
i. Helping the sending partner and participant to find the best way, in terms of routes, timing and costs to reach Sardinia and the final destination of the activity
b. Support in finding accommodation
i. Depending on the length of the stay we can offer accommodation in Hostel Marina or in private shared apartment, the options will be decided with the participants
4. Support the communication between the hosting Company and the trainee
5. Building a detailed programme with the sending partner taking into consideration the participant’s expectations – involvement of the participant in the process
6. Supporting the sending partner in planning an appropriate pre-departure preparation (to avoid too big cultural shocks)
7. Assisting the sending organization with administrative procedures, practical arrangements.
During the mobility
1. Supporting the relations between the hosting companies and the trainees
2. Facilitating their integration in the local community
a. Social life
b. Everyday needs (transportation, facilities, leisure services, shopping, health…)
3. Mentoring for the whole duration of the placement
4. Providing appropriate on arrival training (length depending on the length of the stay)
a. Basic Italian, tandem with locals and help in enrol an appropriate Italian course (if required)
b. Intercultural learning
c. Introduction to the Company staff and supervising the correct integration of the trainee within the working team and staff of the hosting
5. Supporting/providing specific training for the position chosen as placement
6. Re-vising the detailed programme in regards of project goals and participant’s expectations
7. Requiring periodical reports on the on going internship (professional and personal development)
8. Periodical evaluation of the working modules and intermediate results following a quality assurance process
9. Supporting the project coordinator concerning financial and administration documents
10. Providing emergency contacts for 24/7 assistance
11. Building a reintegration process for the participant together with the coordinating partner and the sending one.
After mobility
1. Supporting the reintegration of the participant in his/her local community
a. Easing the possibilities for accessing the labour market/a higher level of education
2. Assisting the implementation of correct procedures to validate and recognize the skills acquired by the participant
a. Europass Mobility certificate, etc.
b. Evaluation of the whole action with the different subjects involved in the whole mobility – hosting companies, coordinator, sending partner, participant
3. Dissemination and transferring of results
