YO! 4 Inclusion is an international youth exchange that has as main objective the creation of a space where young people from different European countries experience Sports and Outdoor activities as a tool to promote Health Education and Social Inclusion. The YE will be hosted by MOJU and will be held in Olhão, in the south of Portugal between 13th to 19th October 2014 and will gather 50 young people from 10 countries: Portugal, Malta, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Latvia, United Kingdom, Turkey and Poland. During these 7 days, participants will discuss, share experiences and prevention strategies about topics of Health Education, Social Inclusion and European awareness in general and in specific of following topics: Food and Nutrition, Alcohol, Smoking, Obesity, Sports, European citizenship and identity and YiA Program.

Another objective of this exchange is to develop multipliers on the topic, using sports and outdoor activities for health education and social inclusion, making participants capable to develop activities in the promotion of healthy lifestyles when back to their sending organisations.

The YE will follow the non-formal education approach, principles and methods and will be based on participants’ experience and exchange and a combination of different creative, participatory, interactive and non formal education methods will be used within it.
