Learnt Lessons in Youth Regional Cooperation

The main aim of the seminar “Learnt Lessons in Youth Regional Cooperation” is to encourage and create opportunities for representatives of youth sector (policy-makers, youth researchers, youth workers and young people) to share experiences and knowledge on youth cooperation, and engage them in a dialogue to foster the EU social cohesion. It will gather representatives of 36 different organizations, from the EU Member States plus the IPA countries (Albania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium, Belarus, Bulgaria Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Kosovo, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, UK, and Ukraine). All partners should identify best practices in youth regional cooperation during the period 2007 – 2013, to share and to analyze them during the seminar, targeted to define a cooperation regional strategy for the period 2014 – 2020 in the field of youth and social cohesion. At the very end of the seminar, a national conference will be organized inviting the main stakeholders responsible for youth and civil society cooperation in Macedonia and the region. Participants will have a chance to share their outcomes from the seminar and promote the benefits of the European cooperation in youth field. The participants are expected to promote the seminar outcomes back in their working environment. There will be a space to develop follow up projects and network.We look for 1 otivated youngsters: available places left: 1 – Participation fee for each project is 30% of the travel costs, plus the annual membership fee 2013 (30€).
