The Training Course “Train to Change – youth trainers for Europe” in Tbilisi, Georgia is jointly organized by the Georgian and Italian partner organizations. Participants of the TC will be representatives of youth organizations, youth workers, decision makers, young leaders, and just active young people from the following 7 countries: Italy, Spain, Croatia, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Ukraine. TC involves 21 participants, 3 representatives from each country. Training in European youth work is the main topic of the project. Training should support the work of youth workers with youngsters, aiming at European societies based on fundamental values. The main aim of this project is to give participant of the training instruments, methods and the occasion to share experiences and best practices. Our aim is to equip the participants with new tools to work with young people and to leave an impact on the local communities where they live and to involve and stimulate them to become active citizens within this assist them in gaining knowledge of the basics of leadership. We are looking for 3 motivated persons able to communicate in English and over 18 years old. Available places left: 3 – Participation fee for each project is 30% of the travel costs, plus the annual membership fee 2014 (30€).
