Don’t Wait – Facilitate! is an international training course under the Erasmus+ programme organized by NGO Hea Hombre & Shokkin Group in Harjumaa, Estonia during the period of 24.01.2015-01.02.2015 involving 30 participants from Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Spain, Lithuania and United Kingdom. The training course aims to give participants practical skills and hands-on experience in facilitating international youth activities and coaching youth leaders. The topic and the methodology is shaped to the needs of organizations involved in the project, that identified lack of experience and empowerment of its members. Thus, it was decided to train, empower and give space to participants by holding “X-peeriments”, where participants will use their own knowledge and creativity to shape up sessions and facilitate group activities. During the 9-day training course participants will learn and practice need assessment, communication models, method creation, experiential learning framework, coaching frameworks and much more.

The maximum reimbursement amount of travel cost per person from Italy is 360 €.

Minimum requirements: intermediate level of English and at least 18 years old, membership of TDM 2000
