With over 20 years of experience in museum education and sustainability, he\u2019s a passionate advocate for a greener, more conscious generation.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfde\ufe0f \u201cClimate change and respect \u2014 for the planet and for each other\u2014are the two biggest challenges we face,\u201d Michele shares.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcac So, how can sport help?<br \/>\n\u201cSport teaches commitment, teamwork, and respect \u2014 values that align perfectly with environmental responsibility. It&#8217;s a powerful tool to make young people more conscious and connected to the environment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udf0d Michele believes youth work must go beyond practical knowledge.
