\ndifferent\tcontexts\tand\twere\tusing\tthe\tYouth\tin\tAction\tprogramme\tin\tthe\tpast\tyears.\tAll\tof\tthe\tpartners
\npromoters\t invited\t on\t this\t Evaluation\t meeting\t have\t closely\t cooperated\t in\t the\t past\t years\t aiming
\nthrough\t their\t projects\t to\t improve\t the\t quality\t of\t service\t that\t they\t offer\t for\t young\t people.\t The
\ncooperation\tbetween\tdifferent\tpartners\thad\tcertain\tinfluences\tin\t their\tprovision\tof\tyouth\twork\t thus
\nthis\tmeeting\twill\taim\t to\t look\tat\t changes\t that\t happened\t due\t to\t flagship\t projects\t implemented,\t local
\nstrategies\t and\t the\t effect\t of\t the\t European\t mobility\t involving\t hundreds\t of\t youngsters\t from\t all\t the
\npartner\tpromoters.\tThis\tproject\tis\ta\tresult\tof\ta\tneed\tfor\tmore\tsystematic\tevaluation\tafter\t7\tyears\tso\tto
\nassess\tthe\teffectiveness\tand\tto\tidentify\tthe\tshortcomings.\tThe\tmeeting\twill\taim\tto\tevaluate\tthe\tlevel\tof
\ndevelopment\tof\tlocal\tyouth\twork\t (quality\tsystems,\tefficiency)\tand\t to\tidentify\t the\tgood\tpractices\tand
\nthe\t shortcomings\t from\t the\t work\t so\t far.\t Having\t such\t an\t evaluation\t meeting\t gathering\t very\t active
\norganizations\t from\t entire\t Europe\t will\t also\t be\t chance\t to\t explore\t the\t existing\t opportunities\t and
\nobstacles\tfor\tdevelopment\tof\tEurope-wide\tyouth\twork\trecognition\tsystems.
\nThe\tEvaluation\tmeeting\twill\t provide\t the\t partners\twith\t tools\tand\t competencies\t to\t plan,\t conduct\tand
\ninterpret\t qualitative\t \t evaluation\t of\t the\t effect\t of\t the\t YiA\t programme.\t Were\t the\t training\t courses
\nsupportive\tfor\tthe\tlocal\tyouth\tleaders,\tis\tEVS\tcontributing\tto\tlocal\tyouth\twork,\tare\tyouth\texchanges\tan
\nadded\tvalue\t to\t the\twork\tprovided\tin\tyouth\tcenter.\tOnce\t these\tand\tother\tquestions\tare\topened,\twe
\ncan\t set\t realistic\tand\tachievable\tobjectives\t for\t the\tnew\tprogramme\tErasmus+\tbased\ton\t the\tneeds\tof
\nthe\tyoung\tpeople\tand\tthe\tlocal\tyouth\twork\treality.
\nThe\t meeting\t will\t happen\t in\t Macedonia\t in\t June\t 2014.The\t results\t are\t published\t online\t and\t in\t a
