The project “Crossing paths on th road to employability” is finished. It was a 4.3 youth worker’s mobility project financed by the EACEA through the programme Youth in Action. It gave the possibility to two youth workers to move abroad, get useful experience and share best practices. Thanks to this project SMIT “CREATOR” (Poland) and TDM 2000 (Italy) had the opportunity to developing innovative youth led initiatives within non-formal education methodology that could help strengthening the entrepreneurial competences of the young people.
